Q: CAN WE TAKE A TOUR OF THE SPACE?

Q: WILL YOUR STAFF BE ON SITE ALL DAY?
A: Yes! An Event Coordinator will be on-site for the duration of your event to assist with entry into the building, troubleshooting tech setup, taking out the trash, and all other building-related matters.
Q: WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?
A: The client agrees to provide a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $1,000, and half of the rental cost, NONREFUNDABLE the day of signing this contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS THE EVENT SPACE CAN ACCOMMODATE?
A: In our main event space we can comfortably seat a maximum of 250 people around 72" round tables and 320 in auditorium style (chairs only). Please note that parties of 250 guests or more will not have space for a dance floor, DJ, or other fun things in the main event space without a room flip after dinner. Parties of 250 or less will be a more comfortable fit if you plan to include dancing or other entertainment.
Q: DOES THE VENUE PROVIDE TABLES, CHAIRS OR LINENS?
A: We provide tables and chairs for every rental at no additional cost. We have (32) 72" round tables, (6) 30"x96" rectangle tables, (320) chairs, (6) cocktail tables. We do NOT provide linens.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY?
A: We require a licensed caterer and/or bartender to serve food and alcohol at our venue. We have a 100% open vendor policy, so you are welcome to bring in any licensed and insured caterer of your choice. For your convenience, we also offer a list of trusted and preferred vendors (list out vendors) to help simplify your planning. We partner with Embrace the Grape for bartending services, but if you choose another bartending company, an additional fee will apply.
Q: WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION?
A: We have 68 parking spots available in our private parking lot. As well as, free parking available in the parking garage east of Broadway on 12th Street. You will need a barcode. The barcode is available on slips of paper at the Cathedral and linked HERE. To enter the garage, using paper or your phone, turn the barcode toward the electronic reader to raise the arm. You will also use it to exit.
